My job hunting journey began on a typical Monday morning. I woke up, made myself a cup of coffee, and sat down at my desk to start applying to jobs. But, as I started my new job, I realized that it wasn’t all smooth sailing. The company was small, and the team was tight-knit, but there were still challenges to overcome. I had to learn to navigate the company culture, to work with a team that was still finding its footing.
